Larcenia Bullard, a 64 year old former teacher, has become the unlikely hero of the medical marijuana industry in the Sunshine State of Florida recently - a role she never thought she'd fill. "It was not an issue I'd given two thoughts to before," Bullard recently told the Miami New Times. Yet, Bullard, a Florida state Senator, sponsored a bill last week that would give Florida residents the ability to legalize marijuana.
