What is your favorite part of the industry?
Having opportunities to work with, meet and make connections with amazing people. Being able to take part in helping people understand the endless medicinal uses of cannabis is really exciting and I love knowing it comes from our earth bringing the healing and happiness I get to see in our patients.
What makes your center and your team unique?
Heartland Pharmacy’s team is like a tree…we have good strong roots. The owners are genuine & care a great deal about providing a fun, caring environment for both our patients & our team. This allows us to be ourselves, so we always have fun and have passion in what we do for our patients. We are all very friendly and our patients are awesome! I love that we always have a huge variety of strains to choose from and the quality is like nothing I’ve ever seen, smelt, tasted or smoked so it’s always exciting to be able to provide that level of quality and then see & hear the responses from our patients.
Where do you see yourself progressing in the cannabis business?
I’m excited to see where the cannabis garden path takes me LOL!
What is your favorite moment behind the counter?
There has been many more than just one. I’d say the experiences I treasure the most are when a patient shows me a level of trust & comfort by sharing with me their unique experiences or stories about real life things they are going through. Whether serious or funny, it’s those connections that are rewarding.
What’s your favorite cannabis flick? Why?
“Harold & Kumar go to White Castle.” It just cracks me up : )
